Factory Shipment Status

PRODUCTION / AVAILABILITY STATUS

December 3-5, 2025: Packs ship out to customers after being entered into inventory. We have a lot of pre-orders to get through, so expect some to ship on Wednesday and the rest to ship on Thu/Fri. Tracking number will go out as soon as we ship.

December 2, 2025: Finished packs arrive at warehouse after being trucked from Long Beach port.

December 1, 2025: Packs trucked from Long Beach to Arctos Packs warehouse

November 24, 2025: Finished packs arrive at Port of Long Beach, CA.

November 5, 2025: Finished packs leave Vietnam port on their way to distribution warehouse.

October 30, 2025: Trans-Pacific shipping company informs Arctos that the bags not being ready until Nov 1 will mean they miss the express cargo boat, and that next available express cargo boat leaves Vietnam on Nov 6.

October 24, 2025: Arctos Packs changes shipping method from regular cargo boat to express cargo boat to get packs to USA earlier and minimize delay, taking trans-Pacific duration from 26 days down to 18.

October 20, 2025: Due to late bladder delivery and printing subcontractor delay, new ship date out of Vietnam is Nov 1.

October 19, 2025: After a shipping delay due to miscommunication between the shipper and the bladder factory, bladders are delivered to the pack factory in Vietnam.

October 10, 2025: Vietnam factory subcontractor that prints logos/text on the pack material has a delay, pushing pack completion to October 25, 2025.

October 8, 2025: Hydrapak bladder completion date in Cambodia.

July 1, 2025: Original factory order placed for Epic 14.4, Epic 10.3, and Swift 6.2 with a stated production date of late Sept / early Oct. I (Ken) interpreted this as production finishing in late Sept / early Oct, but the factory meant that production would start then and take 3 weeks or so.
