Our gear is made with the superuser in mind - the "ride every day and put it away dirty and sweaty" type. However, if you damage your Arctos Packs product or it's defective, we will repair or replace it free of charge, forever - no fine print.

We're not happy until you're happy.

For returns of unused product: if you purchased your pack through arctospacks.com, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund to your original payment method.  We'll pay return shipping and send you a shipping label.  Products must be returned in brand new condition for a full refund with all tags intact and an unused hydration bladder.

If you purchased your pack elsewhere, the return policy of the place you bought it from applies.
