Unisex fit. Torso fit range: 15" - 23"

Lumbar Pack Fit Guide
Wear it LOW - just above the widest part of your hips, below your waist. While riding, the bottom of the pack should be just a few inches above your saddle in the back.
To get the fit:
- Let the shoulder strap adjustment all the way out, situate the pack just above your hips and below your waist, and cinch the waist strap.
- Cinch the shoulder/sternum straps just enough to keep the pack from moving around too much on descents.
The goal here is to get all of the weight on your hips and off your shoulders and back. When you're standing, the shoulder straps should be loose enough that you can lift them off your shoulders a couple inches.
I bought this pack because it mimics the ergonomic design of a wildland firefighting pack. The low slung pack with suspenders prevents sagging around the waist where other unsupported packs would sag under load and get caught on the saddle. The suspenders are comfortable, the backpadding provides ventilation and prevents the pack from getting sweat soaked. The waist strap is sturdy, easy to adjust and is heavier gauge than most other competitor packs. The ergonomics of the waist strap are important because this is where most comparable packs fail. The compartment zippers with heavy fabric pull tabs are easy to open and close, the pack itself is roomy and can hold a lot of trail essentials. I go on remote trails so I am carrying a basic toolkit, snacks, 1st aid kit and some basic survival gear. 2 - 3 liters of water would be the heaviest item in the pack. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend it to anyone who is serious about going on epic rides where there is limited or no support available.
This design just makes sense! So comfortable and very well made!
So awesome!
I’ve been looking for a high capacity comfortable and stable pack for 100 mile MTB rides. I was hopeful when ordering and convinced after the second ride! I can easily get 50 miles on 75F days before looking for my next water source! Exactly what I was hoping for! Thanks for building a quality pack that is also comfortable and durable!
I love the new pack. It is well designed and very functional. The pockets are easy to access and the pack is comfortable. Two small things, the retention cord for the bladder is a tad long and lets the bladder hang low and the tube itself could stand to be an inch or two longer.
